Eddie Travis

Eddie Travis is a writer and speaker on philosophical and awareness issues. His subject matter includes psychological revolution, the nature of the mind, meditation, human relationships, and bringing about positive change in society. Maintaining that society is ultimately the product of the interactions of individuals and their thoughts. Fundamental societal change can emerge only through freely undertaking radical change in the individual, the elimination of self. This radical change is the awareness that we're not who we think we are. Eddie stresses the need for a paradigm shift in the psyche of every human being and emphasizes that such revolution cannot be brought about by any external entity, be it religious, political, or social.

Eddie has made certain discoveries, and he is simply doing his best to make these discoveries accessible to all those who are able to listen. His work does not contain a body of doctrine, nor does he offer techniques or methods for obtaining a silent mind. Eddie does not subscribe to any school of political or ideological beliefs. On the contrary, Eddie maintains that these are the very factors that divide humans and bring about conflict and war. He reminds his listeners again and again that we are all human beings first and not Christians, Muslims, Buddhist or Hindus.

He stresses there is no religion, race or creed inferior or superior to another. There is no human whether rich or poor, famous or unknown, skilled or unskilled, that we are not different from one another in any case. Eddie is not a fan of labeling people good or bad, he says it's other people's thoughts or an individual's own thoughts that makes this judgment or has this opinion. Humans are incapable of knowing who they are; how can it be that they can know another?

He is not aiming to set up any new system of religious belief. Rather, it is up to each human being to see if they can discover for them self that to which Eddie is calling attention to; the human ego. The objective is to go on from there to make new discoveries on your own about how devastating the false self is to ones mental health and quality of life.

The first thing Eddie will tell you is what he is not. He's not a theoretical physicist nor is he an astrobiologist. He doesn't have a PHD or an MBA. Frankly he doesn't even have a college degree.

However he does have the same thing you have; although you may have never experienced it yet, and that would be awareness of his thoughts.

Eddie has been a golf instructor for twenty plus years, and has worn many different hats from a personal coach to counselor, psychologist, and even a priest. When interviewing him I said, "Priest?" His answer was, "Well not exactly; although if you consider the driving range a confession booth I've had my fair share of confessions." Showing a student the proper golf grip is one thing, explaining the importance of getting out of their own way is another he explains.

This book has one mission: to bring awareness that you're not who you "think" you are. This awareness will transform your life in such a way you would never have "thought" possible!

Eddie Travis was born October 31, 1965 in Elko, Nevada, and grew up in Fallon, Nevada. Eddie currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona where he is very active with his writing and the game of golf that he can't get enough of! For twenty-five years he's taught golf from ages, three to eighty-five in a variety of formats. He's taught celebrities from movie stars, rock stars, sports athletes and CEO's, to the local golfer that just wants to play better golf. From 1998-2002 he educated approximately 45,000 people while traveling around the United States teaching golf in hotel ballrooms. You'd "think" the instruction would cover the golf swing, however the golf swing was just the tip of the iceberg but more importantly the mental side of golf was the topic.

Golfers from all walks of life past and present, will tell you golf is like life. The more he taught the more he became aware of why golf was the greatest sport ever played, it had everything to do with your thoughts.

It was apparent to Eddie that every human had the same sickness, compulsive and incessant thinking. One thought after another, a never ending stream of thinking!
"Golf and thinking," is also, "life and thinking" and in both cases are devastating to your wealth of life.

Enthoozee The Awareness From & Mego Death To Your False Self is a stepping stone for you to receive your first glimpse of how powerful and wonderful your life can be when you get out of your way...

A couple of interesting notes: Eddie says he doesn't "think" much anymore and he doesn't resist what happens.

Did God create Man or did the Ego of Man create God...
