Insecurity is a major player of ego. It's a separation from who you are (Enthoozee). The more false self (Mego) the more insecure. Insecure people "need" a never ending supply of reassurance all of which is food to the ego. The more food the more growth of falseness! Enough is never enough...
An insecure Mego can do devilish acts to the point of insanity...lives mean nothing to an out of control Mego!
Megos are unaware due to the separation from who they are, to the falseness they have become. People that lose control of their thoughts can become Mego maniacs, to tyrants to full fledge murderer's!
